ADESSO HOTEL

Adèsso Hotel is the new smart hospitality landmark in Rome, a 4-star city hotel in the area of Tiburtina Station.

LTT was entrusted with the Scan-to-BIM process, and more specifically to carry out the laser-scanner survey, to produce the point cloud and to realise the multidisciplinary BIM information model of the As-Built state of the building, aimed at the design of the hotel’s customised furniture.

Adèsso Hotel is the result of a recent renovation of a building in the Tiburtina Station area of Rome, aimed at creating a cosy & business hotel in Rome.

It offers 83 rooms spread over 7 floors, 1 conference hall, 5 meeting rooms and a lounge bar with an intimate outdoor garden.
